Delete your account

You can delete your Apzo account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Open apzo.site (or the Apzo app) and sign in.
2. Go to Account (tap your picture at the top right, then Account).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us

If you can't sign in, email support@apzo.site or call or WhatsApp 8491083653 from the email address you signed up with, and write "Delete my Apzo account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and Google profile picture
• All your apps and websites, their code, versions and chat history
• Photos you uploaded
• Everything stored by the apps you made, including their users, posts and orders
• Your remaining credits (they can't be refunded or moved)

What is kept

• Records of credit purchases (amount, date and Razorpay payment ID) are kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They no longer contain your name or email.
• Daily backups are kept for up to 7 days, so a copy may remain in backups for up to 7 days after deletion. Then it is gone for good.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account. In My apps, tap Delete on any app or website to remove just that project.
