Apzo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains what Uttam Bhagat collects when you use Apzo and how it is used.

What we collect

How we use it

To run and improve the Service, build and host your apps, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show ads.

AI processing

Your ideas, messages and photos are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your apps and AI replies. They are used to provide the Service, not to advertise to you.

Data in apps you make

When people use an app you created with Apzo Cloud (for example they sign up, post, chat or place orders), that data is stored on our servers on your behalf. You decide what your app collects and you are responsible for telling your users how you use it. Passwords are stored hashed. Orders saved in private collections are visible only to the person who placed them and to you.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Apzo (hosting, AI, payments, app builds), when required by law, or to protect users from fraud or abuse.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and projects, please email mamtarani999944@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp 8491083653; we will do it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Security

We use HTTPS, encrypt stored payment keys, and limit access to data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong Google account password.

Children

Apzo is not meant for children under 13.
