Terms of Service

These terms apply to Apzo (the "Service"), operated by Uttam Bhagat, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Apzo uses artificial intelligence to create websites and mobile apps from descriptions you write, lets you preview, change, download and share them, build Android APK files, and gives the apps you create optional features such as user accounts, shared data, AI replies and payment buttons ("Apzo Cloud").

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy credits.

3. Credits and payments

Paid features use prepaid credits, priced on the pricing page. Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and never expire. Refunds follow the refund policy.

4. What you create

You own the ideas, text and photos you provide and the apps and websites generated for you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service. You are responsible for the apps you publish and for making sure they, and the content in them, are lawful and that you have the right to use any photos, names or brands you add.

5. Payments inside apps you make

If you add UPI or Razorpay payments to an app you created, your customers pay you directly into your own UPI or Razorpay account. Uttam Bhagat is not a party to those sales, does not receive or hold that money, and is not responsible for your products, delivery, refunds or taxes to your customers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Apzo to create or run anything that: is illegal; imitates a real company, bank, government body or person to deceive (phishing, fake login or payment pages); collects passwords or payment details under false pretences; spreads malware or scams; contains sexual content involving minors; promotes violence, hate or self-harm; infringes others' copyright or trademarks; or sends spam. We may remove such content, suspend accounts and keep any credits used, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

7. AI output

Generated code and AI replies can contain mistakes. Check your app before relying on it or publishing it, especially for anything involving money, health, legal or safety matters.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change features or prices; price changes never affect credits you already bought. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction.
